Terms of Use
A plain agreement about using SWAMANT - what you can expect from us, and the few things we ask of you in return.
Using SWAMANT
SWAMANT is a private space for journaling and self-reflection. By creating an account and writing here, you agree to use it as intended - as a personal tool for your own reflection - and to follow the terms below.
This is not therapy or medical care
SWAMANT is a reflection tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional. It is also not a crisis service and cannot help in an emergency. If you are struggling or in danger, please turn to real, human support - our getting more support page can point the way.
Your writing belongs to you
Everything you write here remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your entries. We are granted only the limited permission needed to store your writing, show it back to you, and generate the reflections and The Quiet Line you have asked for. Nothing you write is used to train models used by others.
Your account
- Keep your login details private and do not share your account
- Provide accurate information when you sign up
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
- Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else
Fair use
To keep SWAMANT calm and safe for everyone, please do not:
- Attempt to access another person’s entries or account
- Interfere with, overload, or probe the security of the service
- Use the service to break the law or to harm others
- Copy or resell parts of the service as your own
Reflections from the companion
The questions, observations, and patterns SWAMANT offers are generated to support your own thinking. They may not always be accurate or complete, and they are never verdicts about your health. Treat them as gentle prompts to reflect, not as professional guidance.
Plans and payments
Some features are offered on paid plans. Where a plan is paid, the price and billing cycle are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep access to your own writing, including the ability to export it.
Availability
We work to keep SWAMANT running smoothly, but the service is provided as is. There may be times when features change or maintenance is needed. We will always aim to protect your ability to reach and export your own writing.
Ending your use
You can close your account whenever you like, and your content will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.
Changes to these terms
If these terms need to change, we will make the updated version available here and, where the change is significant, let you know within the service.
Getting in touch
If any part of these terms is unclear, please reach out. We are happy to explain.
